How it works:
- You find a client who needs web work done.
- Take advantage of my discounted pricing to you.
- You sell your client on whatever you feel you can above that price.
So for example:
Let’s say you find a client and based on their needs I quote you $1500. You tell the client the website will cost $2200.
In this example you retain the extra amount above $1500, so in this case $700 ($2200-$1500).
You simply get them in touch with me and I’ll honor the arrangements you have made!

Do this a few times a week and you can see the potential. This is for doing nothing but outsourcing me clients!

How you do begin?
Simple. Contact me. This is a partnership, therefore every partner is approved on a case by case basis and a long term relationship is the goal.
How does it work?
Easy, you act as a broker. When approved, you have access to my discount pricing. You find clients and sell them on the price you generate.
Will You Act As Though You Work For Me?
Yes! As strategic partners you are free to use my portfolio of websites and show your prospects what you are capable of. You may also use whatever wording on my site you like to promote "our" services. This is the beauty of a strategic partnership - it mutually expands your respective horizons to benefit.. If your client and I ever need to speak, then it is under your banner and business name. You can trust I'll echo whatever price or arrangements you have made with them, and simply refer all pricing questions back to you. Additionally, each website will have "designed by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]" at the bottom, bringing more traffic and search results for your company!
What if my client needs extra work after the initial quote?
Unless you take an active broker role and act as a liaison, then future sales and work from that client will be retained by me. HOWEVER, I'll give your first right. If a client needs another project and calls me before you, I'll refer them to you for pricing. IF you decline to participate then I keep the client. Otherwise you can jump back in. Basically this is to let you know all future deals AND referrals from that client ALL GO THROUGH YOU. So for them to not go through you would require a conscious decision on your part to not participate.
How do I get paid?
Perhaps the most important question. You may handle this one of two ways. You may collect the full amount from the client yourself up front, then forward me by Pay Pal my discounted amount. You keep the difference/profit. Or I can deal with the client and collect the full amount. Once collected I'll send you the difference from my price and the quote you gave your client.
What about refunds?
I am willing to refund money as long as somehow my time can be refunded. Since to date there is no known machine to recapture time, then any refund will only be the balance remaining after an hourly rate has been applied for work completed. If no balance remains, then there will be no refund.
This policy applies to situations where the client decides in mid work they wish to go somewhere else, changes their mind altogether or for some reason is delivered exactly what they requested, but now has buyers remorse. The fees incurred are for TIME SPENT – period. Much like an attorney – the price quoted is based off how much time will be spent.
Keep in mind however, as a partner you will never be liable for your client's actions and not held personally responsible in any way for any balance remaining.
